- When you identify a client who has a significant medical need, you fill out a simple application here.
- We will then review your application, and if approved, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your client’s initial appointment with one of our doctors.
- From there, our doctors will handle every aspect of the treatment sought, including surgery (if necessary), attendant diagnostics, physical therapy, pain management, rehabilitation, and anything else that may arise.
- At the conclusion of your client’s course of treatment, we will furnish you with a complete set of all of the medical bills and records (from all of our providers) accompanied with 18.001 (and de Escobedo) compliant billing affidavits and business record affidavits, thereby saving your staff valuable time and resources.
- When necessary, our doctors will be ready, willing and prepared to defend the necessity of their course of treatment and the reasonableness of the billed charges by way of deposition and/or trial testimony.
